Lab Studies:
Previous blood tests, including hemagram, thyroid, and basic metabolic panel, were normal
Other Studies:
Echocardiogram, electrocardiogram, spirometry, and brain MRI were also normal. Exercise tolerance test was performed, and revealed mildly decreased exercise tolerance secondary to hypotension causing lightheadedness. Tilt table test was recommended and cardiology interpreted the test as positive for syncope associated with Bezold-Jarisch reflex. Hemodynamic responses were mixed. Case Photo #1
