Lab Studies: EKG was unremarkable with normal sinus rhythm. Elevated WBC (15.8). Mildly elevated BUN (21). Mildly elevated AST (130) and ALT (83). Other Studies: Chest x-ray: Pneumomediastinum noted adjacent to the trachea. No acute bony abnormalities or fractures demonstrated. Chest CT: Pneumomediastinum was noted, more pronounced on the right. Small adjacent medial right pneumothorax was noted.
