Plain film x-rays of the elbow: Case Photo #1 and Case Photo #2 show the right elbow while Case Photo #3 and Case Photo #4 show the left elbow in the lateral and oblique views. Both sides show the radius extending past its normal articulation with the capitellum.

Given the radiographic findings, an orthopedic upper extremity specialist was consulted.
