Lab Studies: Basic metabolic panel demonstrated creatinine of 0.77mg/dL and BUN of 18 mg/dL. Electrolytes were within normal limits. Creatine kinase was elevated to 1,303 (normal range 26-192 U/L). Urinalysis showed no proteinuria or hematuria. Other Studies: Limited musculoskeletal ultrasound evaluation of the lateral shoulder was performed and revealed no abnormal echogenicity of the deltoid fibers and no apparent hematoma, fluid collection or tearing.
