Plain XRAYS of his knee showed mild osteoarthritis and large knee effusion and were negative for fractures. MRI of left knee showed partial tearing of posterior horn of medial and lateral menisci Case Photo #3 and lipoma arborescens Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 along with knee joint effusion Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #4 .
