CT abdomen/pelvis: 1.7x1.6cm rim calcified R ovarian dermoid corresponding to calcified lesion noted on XR. Adjacent R ovarian cyst measures 3.5x3cm. Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3
Notably, pelvis CT 10 years prior did not show these findings.
