Lab Studies: None Other Studies: Pelvis and hip radiograph: No acute hip pathology; 24x18mm round calcified lesion in the right pelvis, a suspected calcified vascular lesion versus myositis ossificans. Case Photo #1 CT abdomen/pelvis: 1.7x1.6cm rim calcified R ovarian dermoid corresponding to calcified lesion noted on XR. Adjacent R ovarian cyst measures 3.5x3cm.
