Other Studies:
XR right shoulder: Type 1 acromioclavicular joint separation. Case Photo #1

MRI arthrogram: No labral or rotator cuff tear. Confirmed acromioclavicular joint separation. Positive signal abnormality of the acromion with surrounding edema, small subcortical cysts posterior superior humeral head, and tiny cysts proximal humeral epiphysis. Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 .

CT without contrast: Multiple physiologic ossification centers at the level of the acromial apophysis, a few of which are demonstrating early fusion. Mild sclerosis within the periphery of the ossification centers. No evidence of fracture. Findings favored to be secondary to acromial apophysiolysis. Case Photo #4 , Case Photo #5 , Case Photo #6 .
