XR of the bilateral elbows using 3 views (AP, lateral and oblique) were obtained which showed a non-united osseous fragment at the right medial epicondyle of the humerus with no evidence of joint effusion or other soft tissue damage Case Photo #1 . Contralateral films of the left side were normal Case Photo #2 . MRI of the right elbow was then obtained which showed a chronic non-united fracture of the medial epicondyle with mild displacement and associated apophysitis, mild tendonitis at the origin of the common extensor tendon, and mild triceps insertional tendinitis.
