Right knee x-ray: AP and lateral views Case Photo #1 and Case Photo #2 demonstrated no osseous abnormalities.
Right knee MRI: Coronal T2 image Case Photo #3 showed a cystic lesion within the proximal tibiofibular joint, measuring 1.3 cm. Axial T2 image Case Photo #4 showed edema like signal within the anterior compartment musculature of the leg consistent with denervation injury.
EMG: Case Photo #5 revealed electrodiagnostic evidence of a moderate to severe right perineal neuropathy at the knee; incomplete injury with motor units recruited in tibialis anterior and peroneus longus.
