Radiographs showed no acute abnormalities. Non-contrast MRI of the left shoulder showed normal rotator cuff tendons, normal biceps tendons and no acute abnormalities. Dynamic point of care ultrasound evaluation confirmed rupture of the pectoralis major from the humerus with retraction of the muscle belly. Case Photo #2
