Lab Studies: Basic labs including BMP and CBC were unremarkable. No evidence of anemia. Electrolytes and creatinine were unremarkable. Other Studies: EKG Case Photo #1 Chest Xray Case Photo #2 Chest CT was performed to evaluate for pulmonary embolism. There was no evidence of embolism, but the CT did show free air in the pneumomediastinum. There was no evidence of pneumothorax or pulmonary embolism.
