Xray right knee: Unremarkable radiographs of right knee and right lower extremity.
MRI right lower extremity:
Impression: There is mild localized asymmetric bone marrow edema-like signal in the proximal fibula diaphysis which could represent mild osseous stress response. No acute fracture. The right lower leg muscles, tendon slips, and soft tissues appear unremarkable.
