Lab Studies:
Lab results including complete blood count, basic metabolic panel, troponin, d-dimer, and CK were normal.

Other Studies:
Initial chest x-ray Case Photo #1 showed no fractures or pneumothorax. A chest CT scan [photo 2] with IV contrast showed a small left apical pneumothorax (CT images of a similar case). An abdominal CT scan with IV contrast was unremarkable.
