The left knee x-ray Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 & Case Photo #4 showed flattening of the medial compartment of the left femoral condyle with serpinginous sclerosis.

The left knee MRI Case Photo #5 Case Photo #6 & Case Photo #7 showed 1) irregular flattening and fragmentation of the medial femoral condyle with adjacent thickened dysplastic cartilage, 2) fissuring and partial fluid signal undermining the dysplastic cartilaginous portion of the medial femoral condyle, 3) lateral deviation of the PCL, and 4) a 3.5cm non-displaced unstable osteochondral lesion in the lateral aspect of the medial femoral condyle. The overall morphology of the combination of ossified and non-ossified portions of the epiphysis suggested dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica.
