Case Photo #1 X-ray obtained after visit showed sheath-like soft tissue calcifications of the mid to distal anterior shin.

Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3 Case Photo #4 Ultrasound showed multiple calcifications throughout the distal anterior compartment just lateral to the myotendinous junction of the tibialis anterior tendon, which moved with the surrounding muscle when the patient actively dorsiflexed and plantarflexed the ankle. The palpable mobile mass was a single large calcification just under the skin.
