Initial cervical x-ray Case Photo #1 : severe reversal of the cervical lordosis in the lower cervical region. C4-C5, C5-C6, and C6-C7 disc space narrowing and ill definition.
(T2W) STAT cervical MRI Case Photo #2 : concern for discitis-osteomyelitis at C5-C7 with destruction of the C5 vertebral body. Fluid collection in prevertebral soft tissue from C2-T1. Reactive edema vs. phlegmon within bilateral neural foramina at C4-T1. C5-C7 severe spinal canal stenosis with flattening of the spinal cord. Severe bilateral foraminal stenosis.
