Radiograph Case Photo #2 :
1. There was widening at the lateral aspect of the proximal right humeral physis
2. Suggestion of irregularity at the inferior aspect of the glenoid

MRI Case Photo #1 :
1. Shoulder dysplasia with marked retroversion of the glenoid and posterior positioning of the humeral head relative to the glenoid. Irregular, thickened appearance of the posterior labrum with chronic labral tears and paralabral cysts
2. Proximal humeral epiphysiolysis
3. Acromial apophysiolysis of the meta and mesoacromion

Consultations:
Referred to sports orthopedic surgeon who agrees with rest and abstaining from throwing until asymptomatic in regard to the humeral epiphysiolysis. No surgical intervention was indicated at this time.
