Cervical spine plain radiograph Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 showed mild degenerative changes with disc space narrowing and osteophytes. MRI Cervical spine Case Photo #3 , Case Photo #4 showed C4-7 degenerative disc disease, extramedullary spinal canal mass with severe cord compression.

Consultations:
The patient was sent to the emergency room when the MRI results were seen. She initially left against medical advice, but returned to the emergency room 4 days later. She was admitted for surgical treatment. Pathology showed possible B Cell Lymphoma.
