Right wrist X-ray performed in the ED showed acute distal radius and ulnar metaphyseal junction fractures with dorsal displacement of the radius. Case Photo #1 Right wrist X-ray post reduction showed improved alignment of fractures with mild residual displacement. Case Photo #2 Right wrist X-ray performed 5 days after long arm casting showed increased degree of dorsal angulation of the distal radial and ulnar fractures. Case Photo #3 Patient underwent a percutaneous pinning of the radius with 2 K wires with subsequent X-rays showing stable alignment and well healing fractures. Case Photo #4 Case Photo #5
