No evidence of left shoulder, cervical spine, or clavicle acute fracture or dislocation. Unremarkable Soft tissues.
Stat CT Scan of Chest: Case Photo #7 Case Photo #8
1 Left sternoclavicular joint posterior dislocation.
2 Suspected small avulsion fractures from the anterior margin of the proximal clavicle.
3 The posteriorly displaced clavicle abuts the proximal aspect of the left common carotid artery without gross evidence of mass effect or narrowing
