Lab Studies: None Other Studies: X-ray 3 view of left ankle: Official radiology report noted normal exam of the ankle; however, clinical team noted a 1 mm x 1 mm area of lucency of the lateral talar dome. Case Photo #1 MRI w/o contrast of left ankle: Osteochondral fracture of the lateral talar dome measuring 11 mm x 13 mm. High grade sprain of ATFL, CFL, and deep deltoid ligament.
