Lab Studies: none Other Studies: CT Tibia/ Fibula: Case Photo #2 , Case Photo #3 A small area of hypodensity is identified interposed between the gastrocnemius and soleus at the level of the myotendinous junction of the medial head measuring approximately 2.4 x 0.9 cm in AP and transverse dimension. This has craniocaudal extent of approximately 5 cm. Large hypoechoic fluid collection deep to the medial gastrocnemius, consistent with a hematoma.
