Lab Studies: None. Other Studies: Radiographs Left Foot Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 Lateral: Irregular navicular with an oblique cleft and dorsal prominence. Medial Oblique: Wedge-shaped navicular with medial protuberance, narrow lateral border, and subtle lucency between the medial and lateral portions. MRI Left Foot Case Photo #3 Case Photo #4 Case Photo #5 Navicular comprised of three parts, each well corticated and demonstrating marrow edema. CT Left Foot Case Photo #6 Case Photo #7 Case Photo #8 Navicular comprised of three parts, each well corticated. Superior and inferior portions well-approximated and joined by a thin, osseous bridge at the medial aspect. The lateral portion is irregularly shaped, more displaced, and containing areas of lucency within the marrow.
