I.  Mission

The mission of the Finance Committee is to provide financial oversight of AMSSM and develop spending, income and investment recommendations to the AMSSM Board of Directors. Duties of the committee will include: Summary of Annual expenses and income with notation to any trends or outliers. Annual Review of staff and make recommendations including salaries and or bonuses. Review and recommend approval of budget of non-standard trips. Review and make recommendations for any major expense above level set by board of directors by all members with internet capabilities.

II.  Duties of the Committee
