The Nominating Committee:

I.  Shall be responsibile for soliciting nominations from the membership for Officer and Board positions

II.  Shall prepare a slate of candidates for Officer and Board

III.  Shall submit the slate of candidates to the membership for election at least 60 days prior to the end of the calendar year
