Patient-Related and Patient Care Sites
Contains well-written patient information on a variety of running issues, including injuries, biomechanics, equipment, and training techniques. Physical therapist-authored site. Good resource for patients with lumbar pain includes detailed description of exercises and general information. Dr. Paul Stricker is a specialist in pediatric and adolescent sports medicine who is enthusiastic about the opportunities for young people to have a positive experience with sports and exercise.
