His primary care physician ordered an MRI of the lumbar spine that showed he had mild disc degeneration at L4-L5 and L5-S1. Case Photo #1 He was referred to Orthopedics, where he received an MRI of bilateral hips, which showed mild osteoarthritis of the right hip. Upon being seen in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation clinic, a bone scan was ordered, which showed a high intake area around his symphysis pubis. Case Photo #2
