MRI lumbar spine: mild L5-S1 disc degenerative changes. No disc herniation or nerve root impingement.
MRI femur-thigh: Complete biceps femoris and semitendinosus avulsion from ischium. Partial avulsion of semimembranosus from ischium. Marked edema surrounding sciatic nerve. Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2
