X-ray Lumbar Spine: There is anterolisthesis of L4 measuring approximately 6 mm. There is disc height loss at multiple levels, most prominent at L5-S1 with eburnation. There is severe facet arthropathy at L4-5 and L5-S1. Case Photo #1
MRI Lumbar Spine without contrast: Mild disc degeneration and severe facet arthropathy at L4-L5 with large right anteriorly directed synovial/facet cyst, approximately 1.2 cm. Cyst causes severe central spinal canal and severe right neural foraminal narrowing. Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3
