Patient Presentation:
An 18-year-old male football player presents for evaluation on the sideline after injuring his left knee on the field during a game on 9/25/20.

History:
He states that he missed a block, and as he turned to cut, his knee hyper-extended, twisted, and gave out on him, causing him to fall. He states that he heard an audible pop. He was unable to bear weight on the left leg and was helped off the field with the gameday medical staff. He denies pain in his left hip, left ankle, or anywhere else. He has never injured anything on his left leg before.
PMHx including surgical history are non-contributory.
