Dedicated sternoclavicular joint views showed mild, asymmetric widening of the left sternoclavicular joint with mild inferior displacement of the left clavicular head compared to the right Case Photo #3 . CT non-contrast imaging of the chest was obtained and showed posterior subluxation of the left sternoclavicular joint with mass effect on the left brachiocephalic vein and surrounding stranding Case Photo #4 , Case Photo #5 .
