AP and DUNN X-ray views of the hip revealed a lateral center-edge angle to be 18 degrees and inclination Tonnis angle to be 16 degrees bilaterally Case Photo #1 . The overall impression of the radiographs was a mixed deformity including mild dysplasia with increased head-neck offset consistent with cam-type FAI.

MR angiogram of the right hip revealed a nondisplaced 1cm anterior right acetabular labral tear.
