Patient Presentation:
Post-traumatic Blurry Vision In A Highly Competitive Soccer Player

History:
Day 0: The mechanism of injury was an elbow to the head during soccer. He presented with headache and blurry vision, but no loss of consciousness or emesis. This was the first emergency department visit.
Day 1-11: He complained of twice daily headaches. No vision symptoms were noted. He then resumed school, but not soccer.
Day 12: Presented to the emergency department again but he now complained of blurry vision of his left visual fields.

Physical Exam:
VS: Normal Vital signs
General: Well-appearing
HEENT: Atraumatic skull.
Neuromuscular: Full range of motion of his extremities. Normal gait.

Vision is notable for left visual field blurriness Case Photo #1 , pain with ocular movement, no pupillary defect, papilledema, visual acuity loss, no red desaturation.
