Patient Presentation:
18 year old male presents for episodes of lightheadedness.

History:
An 18-year-old male with a past medical history of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder presented for a preparticipation sports physical examination. The patient reported experiencing 2 episodes of lightheadedness per month that started at the age of thirteen years old. Episodes occurred while changing position from sitting to standing, but were never present while playing sports.

Physical Exam:
Cardiac: grade 3/4 early diastolic decrescendo murmur
