Lumbar x-rays revealed severe lower lumbar apophyseal degenerative joint disease with grade 1 L4-5 listhesis and degenerative L4-5 disc disease
Lumbar MRI showed L4-L5 prominent facet degenerative changes with ligamentous hypertrophy, grade I degenerative anterolisthesis and uncovering of disc material causing severe central canal stenosis with moderate right and mild left foraminal stenosis. Case Photo #2
