Exercise EKG Stress Test Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 : Patient achieved target heart rate. There was chest tightness with stress. Patient had non-sustained ventricular tachycardia and bigeminy with stress. Cannot rule out catecholamine induced ventricular tachycardia.
Contrast Tomography Arteriogram of Coronary Arteries with Contrast Case Photo #3 : CT coronary angiography shows normal coronary anatomy without atherosclerosis or congenital anomaly.
Cardiac Magnetic Resonating Imaging Right Ventricle Dysplasia Evaluation with Contrast Case Photo #4 : Biventricular dilation with preserved systolic function; no myocardial scar/infarct/infiltration/iron overload; no cardiac magnetic resonance criteria for arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy; the findings could be consistent with an athlete heart.
