-Intervertebral disc herniation with radiculopathy
-Vertebral fracture/contusion
-Cervical/brachial plexopathy
-Nerve root avulsion
-Spinal cord injury (contusion, ischemia or central cord syndrome)Peripheral nerve injury (neurapraxia)
-Myofascial pain
-Traumatic brain injury (including subarachnoid hemorrhage, epidural or subdural hematoma)
