Patient Presentation:
A 22-year-old male Mixed Martial Arts fighter with chief complaint of difficulty swallowing and breathing hours after a fight.

Physical Exam:
On exam his vital signs were within normal limits. He was found to have a midline trachea but palpable subcutaneous emphysema over his chest. His lungs were clear to auscultation bilaterally. His heart had a regular rate and rhythm. He was neurologically intact.
