Right Knee Xray- no fracture or dislocation Case Photo #1
MRI of R knee: Soft tissue injury to the superior pole of the patella and superficial tissues. No underlying osseous articular or tendinous abnormality. The extensor mechanism, patella, and articular cartilage were intact. Menisci and principal ligaments were intact. No internal derangements were noted.

Consultations:
The patient was referred to neurology to confirm our diagnosis of saphenous neuropathy. However, she did not comply. She was also referred for physical therapy.
