Lab Studies: No initial lab studies were obtained. Other Studies: Right shoulder X-rays were unremarkable in the office. MRI revealed non-specific expansion of the right subclavian and axillary veins. Subsequent doppler ultrasound and venography showed extensive thrombus nearly occluding the entire subclavian, axillary, brachial, and basilica veins.
