-traumatic bursitis
-acute fracture
-bone contusion
-muscle contusion
-stress fracture
-gluteal muscle strain
-labral tear
-osteoid osteoma
-avascular necrosis secondary to steroids
-femoroacetabular impingement
-Legg-Calve-Perthes disease
-developmental dysplasia of the hip
-slipped capital femoral epiphysis
-septic arthritis
-osteomyelitis
-transient synovitis

Back Pathology:
-spondyloarthropathy

Abdominal/Pelvic Pathology:
-appendicitis
-psoas abscess
-abdominal or pelvic abscess
