X-rays Right Shoulder: No fracture, dislocation, soft tissue calcifications. Multiple exostoses present, the largest measuring approximately 2.2 cm at the proximal lateral humerus with deformation of the glenohumeral joint. Separate exostosis off the inferior aspect of the distal clavicle. There is also moderate to severe glenohumeral osteoarthritis Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2
