Left hip MR Arthrogram: left basocervical femoral neck fatigue stress fracture. The fracture is near-complete in the anterior to posterior dimension but only involves 50% of the femoral shaft in the medial to lateral dimension. Mild left sided congenital hip dysplasia. Tear of the anterior-superior labrum with a small adjacent paralabral cyst.
