Broad Differential Diagnosis:
Ruptured Baker's cyst, DVT, and thrombophlebitis were high on differential. Knee osteoarthrosis was known, but meniscal and cruciate injuries were suspected. Compartment syndrome, osteochondromatosis, PVNS and synovial sarcoma were also considered.
