Patient Presentation:
The patient is a 35-year-old male, soccer player, who presents for evaluation of anterior left hip pain. Onset of occurrence was three months prior to presentation. No specific injury or trauma. Has a history of illiotibial band syndrome. Denies radicular symptoms. Symptoms worse with jumping and running.
