Lab Studies:
Urinalysis showed moderate bilirubin, positive ictotest, positive ketones, protein 30mg/dl, nitrite negative, leukocytes negative, 0-2 WBC, 0-2 RBC, and few bacteria.

CBC showed a WBC 5.5, hemoglobin 14.8, platelets 106, 35% neutrophils, 6% bands, and 17% lymphocytes.
CMP showed total bilirubin 1.7, alkaline phosphatase 236, AST 249, and ALT 189.

Mono Spot was positive and Acute Hepatitis Panel was negative.
