Differential Diagnosis includes
acute brachial plexus injury (stinger/burner),
impingement syndrome,
thoracic outlet syndrome,
cervical radicular process,
muscular strain,
and less likely fracture, neoplasm, and
medial brachial fascial compartment syndrome secondary to hematoma, aneurysm, or pseudoaneurysm.
