Urinalysis: normal

Other Studies:
Plain radiographs: 2 views of the hip and Anterior/Posterior Pelvis show the following: Bone fragment measuring 1.6 cm in length adjacent to the left iliac bone with an associated donor site arising from the anterior-superior iliac spine, displaced by approximately 1.5 cm. No additional pelvic fracture is detected. Pubic symphysis and iliac joints are not widened. The hip joints are intact and well-aligned. Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2
