Lab Studies:
Routine blood tests were within the acceptable range of normal. Urinalysis showed no evidence of hematuria.

Other Studies:
CT abdomen and pelvis revealed minimally displaced left transverse process fractures from L2 to L4 without surrounding edema. No organ trauma was identified. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3
X Ray of the pelvis showed no evidence of pelvic, hip or sacral fracture.

Consultations:
Neurosurgery was consulted and recommended no acute intervention.
