Lab Studies: Routine blood tests were within the acceptable range of normal. Urinalysis showed no evidence of hematuria. Other Studies: CT abdomen and pelvis revealed minimally displaced left transverse process fractures from L2 to L4 without surrounding edema. No organ trauma was identified.
