Other Studies:
A 3-View radiographs of the right elbow Case Photo #1 revealed an osteochondral lesion of the capitellum with a subchondral 5 mm osseous fragment surrounded by a 2 mm rim of lucency.

A MRI of the right elbow without contrast Case Photo #2 and Case Photo #3 revealed a 12 mm osteochondritis dissecans of the capitellum with fluid interposition between the lesion and parent bone as well as evidence of junctional cysts present along the parent site of the interface suggestive of instability with a 2 mm gap at the radiocapitellar articulation.

A repeat x-ray was obtained 6-months post-operatively Case Photo #4 that redemonstrated the lucency and irregularity at the capitellum related to prior OCD debridement with the overall impression being stable postoperative elbow radiographs.
